Blostmian Travel LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”), owns and manages the Website and owns or licenses all Content. Company provides general information and education about health-related travel. Company does not provide medical, nursing, pharmacy, or any other licensed professional services, and Company does not act as a travel agent or seller of travel. Although Company’s owner is a physician licensed in New York, the owner acts solely as an educator when creating Content or communicating on behalf of Company and does not act as your physician.
You may use the Website only if you are at least 18 years of age, you are able to form a binding contract with Company, and you comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
Company may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time by posting the revised Terms & Conditions on the Website with a new effective date. The revised Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Website after the effective date. You are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. If you do not agree with the revised Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the Website. Company may, in its sole discretion, discontinue or block any visitor’s access to the Website.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. They contain a disclaimer of warranties, a limitation of Company’s liability, and a release of claims.
2. Your access to this Website is governed by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Website and any Content provided to you on, from, or through the Website, Company’s software, and any applications created by Company, whether through a social networking site or through Company’s affiliates. References to the Website in these Terms & Conditions include all of that Content.
3. Our information collection, use, and disclosure.
The Website offers educational and informational resources about health-related travel. Company collects, uses, and discloses your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. This Website does not create a physician-patient relationship and does not provide medical advice.
The Content is provided only for informational and educational purposes. “Content” means text; images; blog posts and articles; videos; content displayed on Company’s social media; information obtained from Company’s licensors or third parties; and any logos, software, graphics, photos, sounds, music, audiovisual combinations, interactive features, collections, and other materials that you may view on, access through, or contribute to the Website.
The Content and Company’s activities do not constitute the practice of medicine or any other licensed profession. The Content is general in nature and does not take into account your health history, medications, vaccination status, pregnancy, disabilities, or the risks of your particular destination or itinerary. The Content does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, including a pre-travel consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
The Content is not intended to (i) replace a one-on-one relationship with a qualified healthcare professional, (ii) create a physician-patient relationship, provider-patient relationship, or any other professional relationship, or (iii) create a duty for Company to follow up with you.
Company does not diagnose or treat any condition, prescribe or administer medications or vaccinations, recommend specific vaccinations or medications for any individual, issue medical clearance or fitness-to-travel letters, or provide medical care before, during, or after travel.
Health risks, disease outbreaks, entry requirements, and vaccination requirements change frequently and vary by destination. Before you travel, you should confirm current requirements and recommendations with your healthcare provider and with official sources, such as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Department of State, the World Health Organization, and the government of your destination.
If Content refers to any hospital, clinic, healthcare provider, or other facility, that reference is for informational purposes only and is not a referral, recommendation, or endorsement. Company does not employ, supervise, or control any third-party healthcare provider or facility and is not responsible for the care, services, or outcomes provided by any such provider or facility. You are solely responsible for evaluating the qualifications, licensure, and safety of any provider or facility that you choose.
If you have concerns about any health condition, diagnosis, or treatment, please make an appointment directly with a licensed healthcare provider. In an emergency, call 911.
You must not use the Website to replace current or future medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You acknowledge that visiting the Website, contacting Company, or following Company’s social media does not create a physician-patient relationship or any other professional relationship between you and Company or Company’s owner, and does not create any duty on Company’s part to follow up with you regarding any health condition, diagnosis, or treatment. If you purchase an educational or advising session from Company, a separate written agreement will govern that session, and that session is also limited to general information and education.

These potential losses or damages include direct, indirect, special, consequential, compensatory, or incidental damages; lost profits or data; damage to your computer resulting from viruses; loss of or damage to other property; claims of third parties; and penalties resulting from copying or displaying the Website.
This limitation applies regardless of whether Company has been advised, knew, or should have known of the possibility of those damages or claims. Company has the right, but not the duty, to monitor your use of the Website, including any information you provide through it. You are responsible for the information that you send, submit, or provide through the Website. Company does not control the information presented on third-party websites and is not responsible for them if you choose to follow those links. Third-party websites, including the websites of Organizational Partners and of service providers that Company uses to schedule sessions or process payments, are not maintained or controlled by Company.
Company is not responsible for the content of any third-party website, regardless of whether Company or another third party provides your access to it. Company does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of the content of any third-party website.
A link to a third-party website is not an endorsement of the products, services, or sponsoring organization of that website. Your sole and exclusive remedy for claims arising from any third-party products or services is against that third party, and Company is not responsible for those claims.
A. Third-party websites may link to this Website.
Company grants third-party websites the limited right to link to the Website.
