You'll get a tailored destination overview, plus curated accommodation, dining, and activity recommendations matched to your style, budget, and pace. And you'll have the practical guidance — health and safety, entry requirements, accessibility, getting around — to feel prepared, not overwhelmed.
Pricing: Starting at USD 500 for a minimum of 4 hours of research.

Each day is mapped out with meals, activities, and meanders that flex for your energy, weather, or mood — with careful attention to the practical details (think: opening hours, transit timing, accessibility) that make or break a day, so you can simply enjoy it.

This is the classic travel advisor experience — I don't just build your plan, I book it. It starts with the same detailed intake, research, and itinerary building as our other core services, but I also handle the reservations and remain your advisor of record, so there's a professional in your corner if plans need to shift.
Pricing: starting at $150 per day planning fee (2 people), $50 per day for each additional adult
